The 12-Minute VO2 MAX app is designed to help you monitor and improve your cardiovascular fitness. This privacy policy outlines how we handle your data.
The 12-Minute VO2 MAX app does not collect or transmit any personal information to external servers or third parties. All of your fitness data, including run distances and VO2 max calculations, are stored locally on your device and backed up to iCloud using CloudKit.
12-Minute VO2 MAX does not track any of your activity or usage outside the app. We respect your privacy and have no mechanisms for monitoring or collecting data outside of the iCloud backup.
You have full control over the data stored on your device and iCloud. You can delete the app and all associated data at any time by uninstalling the application. You can also manage and delete your iCloud backups directly through your iCloud settings.
The app processes your running distance to calculate VO2 max values based on scientific formulas. This processing happens entirely on your device. We do not have access to your fitness metrics, and this data is not shared with any third parties.
The 12-Minute VO2 MAX app is designed to work completely offline. No account creation or subscription is required, further ensuring your privacy is protected.
